Known as "The cradle of turrón", the municipality is the main and most renowned producer of nougat, accumulating centuries of experience and tradition, resulting in a unique flavor. Our e-commerce makes available to our customers a variety of local nougat with certificate of authenticity, facilitating their acquisition at any time of the year.

Despite being the nougat and sweets our products par excellence, we offer other foods of natural and local origin, such as honey or extra virgin olive oil, reflecting our passion for a healthy and authentic lifestyle.

Why La Carrasqueta?

As many of you already know, our brand comes from the name given to the mountain range of La Carrasqueta, a mountain range that runs between the municipalities of Alcoy, Ibi and our municipality Jijona. This name is due to the abundance of holm oaks that it shelters in the highest parts. Its peak at 1204 meters high becomes a point of interest when temperatures drop since it is one of the first points of the province where you can find snow.

This beautiful natural enclave will be very familiar to cycling enthusiasts, as it is quite usual that the climb to the port of Carrasqueta is present in the route of the La Vuelta a España or other regional competitions such as the Volta Ciclista a la Comunitat Valenciana

All in all, we chose our corporate image as a combination of something as authentic and authentic as La Carrasqueta and the Marcona almond present in our logo, along with a fresh and innovative design to bring something as local as our nougat and artisan products to any part of the world in a close and dynamic way, adapted to the globalized reality in which we live.
