These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter CGC), regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.turronartesano.com, owned by RUBÉN ORS RÍOS with NIF 74013302S, under the registered trademark La Carrasqueta Turrón Artesano (hereinafter LACARRASQUETA), located in Av Constitució 40, bajo, 03100 Xixona (Alicante).
Users who make purchases at www.turronartesano.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by these, as if they were written at the time of purchase / contract.

As stipulated in current legislation, our customers can exercise their right of withdrawal and proceed to the return of products, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. For this, the conditions set out in this document must be met. You can do this by completing the withdrawal form and sending it by mail to our contact address email@example.com.
The return to the consumer of the total amount of the purchase must be made, that is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs. On the other hand, the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of the return of the goods when he has been previously informed of it.
To make the withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition, has not been opened, nor started and preferably in its original packaging, otherwise it may suffer a depreciation. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer.

To access the purchase, it is not necessary to register as a customer. The prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and can be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment. All prices shown on our website have VAT included. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood as full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and can not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Shipping, delivery and follow-up
The shipment will be made through parcel agency. This company will be responsible for delivering your order to the address you have provided. Inform that the carrier is not obliged to deliver the apartment, but will do so at street level. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For other time slots and delivery days, check price. The day before you will receive an e-mail or sms to be informed.

LACARRASQUETA does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
LACARRASQUETA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your merchandise, due to transport incident, absence of recipient, changes of address by the customer.
Follow-up of your order: When your product has already left the factory, we will send you a follow-up e-mail and a direct access link to the transport company's website, so that you know in real time the location of your order. The customer will have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order at your home to make the return of it. Once the merchandise has been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed.
