These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter CGC), regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.turronartesano.com, owned by RUBÉN ORS RÍOS with NIF 74013302S, under the registered trademark La Carrasqueta Turrón Artesano (hereinafter LACARRASQUETA), located in Av Constitució 40, bajo, 03100 Xixona (Alicante).
Users who make purchases at www.turronartesano.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by these, as if they were written at the time of purchase / contract.
Reading and acceptance of the CGC will be a prerequisite, prior to the purchase of any product through www.turronartesano.com
As stipulated in current legislation, our customers can exercise their right of withdrawal and proceed to the return of products, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. For this, the conditions set out in this document must be met. You can do this by completing the withdrawal form and sending it by mail to our contact address contacto@turronartesano.com.
The return to the consumer of the total amount of the purchase must be made, that is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs. On the other hand, the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of the return of the goods when he has been previously informed of it.
To make the withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition, has not been opened, nor started and preferably in its original packaging, otherwise it may suffer a depreciation. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
Services offered
The website offers its customers an assortment of nougat, chocolates and sweets in different qualities so that the customer can choose between several price ranges. In addition to this, custom baskets and batches are made at the request of the client or company requesting such service.
To access the purchase, it is not necessary to register as a customer. However, being a registered customer you can access all the details of the orders in more detail, in addition to taking advantage of the exclusive offers sent to registered customers. The prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and can be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment. All prices shown on our website have VAT included. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood as full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and can not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and the user will have access to it in his client area.

Shipping, delivery and follow-up
The shipment will be made through parcel agency. This company will be responsible for delivering your order to the address you have provided. Inform that the carrier is not obliged to deliver the apartment, but will do so at street level. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For other time slots and delivery days, check price. The day before you will receive an e-mail or sms to be informed.

Delivery times may vary due to the unavailability of any of the products at the time of shipment, in which case the customer would be notified by any of the information provided at the time of making the shipment to proceed to the refund of the amount of the product, or to delay the shipment until the availability of it again.
LACARRASQUETA does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
LACARRASQUETA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your merchandise, due to transport incident, absence of recipient, changes of address by the customer.
Follow-up of your order: When your product has already left the factory, we will send you a follow-up e-mail and a direct access link to the transport company's website, so that you know in real time the location of your order. In case you have any questions in the delivery or delivery of your order, do not hesitate to contact us in our Customer Service.
Returns
The customer will have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order at your home to make the return of it. To make the return, it will be necessary to access the web port, and log in with the same account that made the order (or create an account with the same email that made the request as a guest) and access the Orders tab and select the asked to return.
Once the merchandise has been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when you exercise your right of return. Until we have received the goods we can retain the refund. The transportation costs originated by the return will be at your expense.
Return of products in packs or lots on offer. In case of having acquired a product in the form of a joint offer with others, the entire pack will have to be returned, not being able to return each of them individually.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General and Particular Conditions contained in these Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law.
