The nougat of Marzipan or as it is commonly known, Nougat of Snow, receives this name due to the characteristic white color that gives the unroasted marcona almond that is used in its elaboration. It is one of the most typical and authentic nougat in Jijona, however, it is not well known in the rest of Spain, which makes it a difficult nougat to find.
