The Turrodiet hard nougat is one of Turrodiet's best-selling products, the flavor of the traditional Alicante nougat tradition, but without sugar (0% sugar) and with Stevia.
For its preparation Stevia has been used, a totally natural product that due to its low glycemic index helps maintain stable glucose levels, which makes it ideal for diabetics, athletes and people who want to follow a healthy diet.
This hard nougat is gluten free, therefore, it is suitable for coeliacs.
Elaborated in Jijona(Alicante) using toasted almonds of first quality, thus obtaining the certification of Supreme Quality.

Hard nougat with stevia, for diabetics
In the manufacture of this nougat the sugar present in hard nougat has been replaced by steviol glycosides, a 100% natural sweetener obtained from the stevia plant and which has an impact on blood glucose, being perfect for diabetics.
Hard nougat without gluten
Also, as we said before, turrodiet hard nougat is suitable for celiacs, since it is 100% gluten-free.
Toasted almonds (60%), sweeteners: (steviol glycosides, maltitol, sorbitol) and egg white. Wafer as coating (potato starch and sunflower oil).
Allergens: may contain traces of peanut and sesame.
